Charges & Remission

The management may, upon request, grant a grace period of up to a maximum of two weeks for the payment of tuition.

Students whose tuition fees remain unpaid for a period of one month after the term begins may be asked to remain at home until such outstanding fees are paid. The Director or Principal will notify the parent/guardian if tuition fees are delinquent.

This fee covers administrative processing for the school year.


This fee covers purchase and maintenance of all furniture used in the classrooms and is also used to provide all toiletries. In addition, this fee provides for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the school.


This fee facilitates the creative art programs offered by the school.


This fee covers the maintenance of the computer lab, including the computers and printers and also the room itself.


This fee covers employment of private security services to ensure safety of the school compound.


This fee covers purchase of all workbooks, stationary, art and craft materials and rental of all textbooks and readers from the school.. Workbooks become the property of the student, however, textbooks and readers remain the property of Hummingbird Elementary School.

Children should reach the designated age for each class by 31st of August of the current school year to be eligible for enrollment for given class
