General School Procedures

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GENERAL SCHOOL PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES AND ASSIST YOUR CHILD TO ABIDE BY THEM

  • Students should be dropped off at the gate at 7:30 a.m. and no earlier than 7:15 a.m. Students who arrive after 7:45 am are marked late. 
  • All students must bring a water bottle no larger than 500ml daily. We also require students to have a rain coat and insect repellent in their school bags at all times. Parents who have children in classes Std I – Std VI must ensure that the lunch is labeled properly with name and sent with students in the morning. 
  • Students must be picked up no later than half an hour after dismissal. If there are any pickup delays the school must be informed.
  • In order to maintain the logo and brightness of your child’s polo white uniform Shirts please do not wash in bleach. Instead we recommend products with Bleach Alternative. To treat stains, there are cleaning agents such as Shout that you may apply directly to remove stains.
  • In order to save space in the classroom, roller bags are not allowed.
  • Socks must be visible at least 3 inches above the shoe line. Party/colored shoes/tennis and open sandals may not be worn at any time. Heels of shoes should not be more than 1 inch in height. Shoe/tennis colors must be black, brown or white.
  • In reference to Boys school uniforms (shorts/long pants) cargo pants or pants with many pockets are not allowed and the color must be khaki brown.
  • Girls’ hair must be pinned back. Hair is not allowed to fall onto the face. Hair dyes/coloring are not allowed.
  • Boys’ hair must be trimmed. Hair is not allowed to fall into the face or grow longer than the nape of the neck.
  • Nails should be trimmed and nail polish or makeup is not allowed.
  • Cell phones/electronic devices and toys from home are not allowed.
  • The only items of jewelry that may be worn to school by children are standard wristwatches. Girls may wear small, simple stud type earrings. Necklaces, bracelets, rings and anklets may not be worn to school. Any inappropriate items of jewelry may be confiscated by school staff and returned to the child/parent after school to be taken home.

Children should reach the designated age for each class by 31st of August of the current school year to be eligible for enrollment for given class
